The Wolrd First 3D-Printed Car Finally Unleashed



Finally, after over 1-year in production, the prototype has now been equipped with a functional drivetrain. 

 Created by Divergent Microfactories, the "Blade" is touted as the world's first 3D-printed supercar, and most certainly won't be the last. Everything from its aluminum joints that connect pieces of carbon fiber tubing to the body panels, has been 3D-printed. Under the hood, you'll find a 700-horsepower bi-fuel engine capable of running on compressed natural gas or petrol, which supposedly propels the 1,400-pound vehicle from 0-60mph in just 2.2-seconds.
