OxygenOS 3.2.2 OTA update for OnePlus 3 now available

The CyanogenMod 13 official nightly build for the OnePlus 3 was released yesterday and now it's OxygenOS 3.2.2's turn to take the spotlight. Actually, that's too fast since the last one (OxygenOS 3.2.1) rolled out only three weeks ago. At the rate OnePlus is going in announcing official software updates, we can say it's doing a great job just like BlackBerry.

With the newest OTA update, your OnePlus 3 will receive better notification management in doze mode, as well as, enhanced noise cancellation during video recording. The 4K video recording codec has been updated and you'll soon see the NFC toggle in quick settings. The fingerprint sensor while in your pocket is now disabled while the alert slider/silent mode issue is fixed already.
The OxygenOS 3.2.2 for OnePlus 3 also brings several optimizations and the latest security patches. A lot of people already shared their feedback on this particular update and said that there are obvious camera optimizations. The pocket problem that's been annoying to OnePlus 3 users has been fixed after several complaints on the forum.
It's really helpful that OnePlus has a forum where smartphone owners can rant and post their suggestions. It tells us that the Chinese startup is listening to the customers and that they are important.

As with any rollout of software updates, this will be slow and incremental. Watch out for the OTA update. Make sure you are connected to a reliable Internet, phone battery is charged, and that there's enough memory on your device.
